The upcoming vivo X300 flagship is set to launch with a 50MP autofocus selfie camera, Zeiss optics, ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, and MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC. Here’s everything you need to know.
Compact Design with Smooth Display
Vivo has officially shared more details about its highly anticipated X300 series, confirming that the standard X300 will arrive as a compact yet powerful flagship. The device will feature a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and slimmer bezels compared to its predecessor, the X200 Pro mini. Interestingly, there won’t be a separate mini model this year—the X300 itself will take that role.
Powerful Camera Setup with Zeiss Partnership
The X300 is expected to raise the bar in smartphone photography. It will sport a Zeiss 200MP primary rear sensor, an upgraded Zeiss APO telephoto lens with macro capabilities, and a 50MP selfie camera with autofocus. This advanced camera system is designed to deliver sharp, vibrant, and professional-grade images for both rear and front shooters.
Faster Ultrasonic Fingerprint and Cooling System
One of the major upgrades includes an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, which is 20% faster than before, providing quicker and more secure access. Vivo also confirmed a 17% larger vapor chamber, enhancing thermal management for demanding gaming and multitasking.
Enhanced Connectivity and Audio
The smartphone will include a USB 3.2 port for faster data transfer and LHDC lossless wireless audio support, catering to audiophiles and power users alike.
Processor and Expected Launch
The vivo X300 series is tipped to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC, offering flagship-level performance. According to leaks, the lineup could debut in China on October 13, 2025.
With its premium design, powerful cameras, and cutting-edge features, the vivo X300 is shaping up to be one of the most exciting smartphone launches of the year.
