ZTE has unveiled its latest smartphone, the Nubia Air, featuring a sleek, ultra-slim design and impressive durability. As the trend of slim phones continues in 2025, the Nubia Air stands out with a body just 6.7mm thick, narrowing to 5.9mm at its thinnest point, and weighing only 172 grams, offering a premium lightweight feel. Despite its slim profile, the device is IP68/IP69K certified, making it resistant to dust and pressurized hot water jets.

Display and Design

The Nubia Air sports a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1,224 × 2,720 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate, delivering smooth visuals and vibrant colors. With 4,500 nits peak brightness and Gorilla Glass 7i protection, the screen is both bright and durable. A 20MP selfie camera is integrated into the punch-hole cutout, while an in-display fingerprint scanner provides secure unlocking.

On the rear, the smartphone features a 50MP primary camera, supported by a 2MP depth sensor and a 0.08MP auxiliary lens, enabling versatile photography options. The AI-assisted camera setup ensures clear and detailed photos in various lighting conditions.

Colors and Availability

The phone will be available in Titanium Black, Streamer Black, and Titanium Desert colors. It is set to launch first in Europe at €250, followed by a wider rollout across Southeast Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East.
