Oppo is all set to launch its highly anticipated F31 5G Series in India on 15th September 2025. The new series promises to deliver a combination of powerful performance, long-lasting battery life, and impressive camera capabilities. The F31 lineup is expected to include three models: F31, F31 Pro, and F31 Pro+, catering to different user preferences.
Design and Durability
The Oppo F31 series comes with a stylish design featuring circular rear camera modules. According to teaser images, the phones will be available in Golden and Dark Blue colors. Oppo has given the series the tagline ‘Durable Champion’, and the phones are rumored to carry IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings, offering protection against water and dust. Users could potentially use these phones in shallow water for up to 30 minutes.
Display and Performance
The base Oppo F31 model may feature a 6.57-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The F31 Pro could feature the Dimensity 7300 processor, while the F31 Pro+ might get a 6.7-inch display, Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor, and 256GB base storage.
Camera and Battery
The F31 series aims to impress with its camera setup. The base model may include a 50MP primary sensor, 2MP depth sensor, and a 16MP front camera, while the F31 Pro could offer a 32MP front camera. Powering the series is a 7000mAh battery with 80W fast charging, promising extended usage without frequent recharging.
Price and Competition
While Oppo has not officially announced prices, the F31 is expected to be priced between ₹20,000 – ₹25,000, F31 Pro around ₹25,000 – ₹30,000, and F31 Pro+ near ₹30,000 – ₹35,000. The Oppo F31 will compete directly with the Realme 15T 5G, which also features a 7000mAh battery, Dimensity 6400 MAX processor, and 50MP camera for ₹20,999.
The Oppo F31 series looks set to offer a balanced combination of performance, battery life, and camera quality, making it a strong contender in the mid-range 5G smartphone segment.
