Realme is set to launch a new smartphone in India on August 27 with a huge 10,000mAh+ battery and next-gen charging technology. The handset’s name is yet to be revealed, but teasers hint at 320W SuperSonic fast charging support.
Realme Teases Monster Battery Phone
Realme has officially confirmed the launch of a new smartphone on August 27, 2025, highlighting a battery capacity of “1x000mAh”. While the exact figure remains under wraps, the teaser confirms it will be at least 10,000mAh—making it one of the largest batteries ever on a mainstream smartphone.
Charging Tech Hints at 320W Support
The company also teased its charging breakthrough, saying: “From 320W fast charging to massive 10,000mAh battery… what’s coming next?” This suggests the upcoming phone could combine next-gen charging speeds with its oversized battery for both endurance and convenience.
Inspired by Realme GT Concept Phone
Back in May, Realme unveiled a GT concept phone with a 10,000mAh battery and 320W SuperSonic Charge. The concept device weighed just over 200g, was under 8.5mm thick, and featured a semi-transparent design with a unique Mini Diamond architecture that optimized space for the massive cell.
According to Realme, this 320W charging system could power a smartphone from 0–100% in just 4 minutes 30 seconds. A single minute of charging delivered 26% power, while 50% capacity was reached in only 2 minutes.
Why It Matters
The new Realme phone could push the limits of battery capacity and charging technology in the Indian smartphone market. With current models like the Realme GT 7 offering 7,200mAh in China and 7,000mAh in India, this upcoming launch signals a new benchmark for ultra-long battery life.
What’s Next
Realme has yet to confirm the handset’s name, full specifications, or pricing, but more teasers are expected before the official launch event on August 27.
