China’s Realme, celebrating its seventh anniversary, has unveiled two groundbreaking concept smartphones that push the limits of mobile technology. These devices are designed to tackle common smartphone frustrations such as battery drain and overheating during intensive usage.
15,000mAh Battery Concept Phone
The first concept phone features a 15,000mAh battery utilizing 100% silicon anode technology, achieving an industry-first 1,200 Wh/L energy density. According to Realme, the battery can provide up to four days of usage, 18 hours of continuous video recording, and 53 hours of video playback.
Despite the massive capacity, the device remains slim at 8.89mm, with the battery itself measuring 6.48mm. This makes it 42% thinner and 68% lighter than a standard power bank, yet it offers nearly the combined capacity of the batteries from five generations of iPhones (iPhone 12–16). Additionally, the phone supports reverse charging, allowing it to function as a portable power bank.
Chill Fan Phone with Advanced Cooling
The second concept, called the Chill Fan Phone, integrates a miniature internal cooling fan with thermoelectric cooling (TEC) technology—typically found in external gaming accessories. Its design resembles the Realme GT 7 series and features the IceSense Ultra back, which changes color from white to blue as the phone cools.
Realme claims the cooling system can reduce core device temperature by up to six degrees Celsius. The feature is optimized for over 20 graphically intensive games, including Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail, ensuring high frame rates and smooth performance during extended gaming sessions.
